My Ore-Ida Totchos recipe

As part of my Jingle VoxBox, I got a coupon to get a packet of Ore-ida tots for free from influenster. As I went through my pinterest looking for recipe ideas, I found one and kind of made my own healthier version of sloppy joes. Check mine out or check out other recipes from them!

*Ground chicken
*Sloppy joe packet
*grated cheddar cheese
*Bag of Ore-ida tater tots (32 oz)

* Brown the chicken and drain the fat
* Mix in a packet of the sloppy joe and the carrots
*Pour into a baking dish
*Sprinkle cheese on top
*Place the tater tots on top in a row neatly
*Bake at 450 for 25 mins, or until the tots are golden

Fabulous Fruit Dip

Fruit…we hate and love it. I love it but when I can make it 100000000000 times better?! I will! I saw a couple of dips online but they all seemed to have too much sugar or too little taste. So here’s my take on the fruit dip. Easy. 3 ingredients. DONE.

Strawberries / Cool Whip / small packet of Strawberry Jello

Mix it together and Voila! I had Christmas sprinkles so I put them in for show 🙂

Strawberry Coconut protein shake with Chia seeds

Seriously my daily Breakfast before coffee. SUPER healthy and really good. Everyone is trying chia seeds and I have jumped on the bandwagon. Health benefits?
And its like little boba’s in your drink lol.

Here’s my PERSONAL recipe!

1 cup of Fresh strawberries
½ cup coconut milk½ cup Fat Free vanilla yogurt
1 scoop Protein (your choice)
1 tablespoon of Chia seeds

Put your coconut milk in with the chia seeds in the blender and let them sit while you prepare the other ingredients. They need time to open!

Put everything else in…blend…enjoy!

I have put in ½ of a banana for extra fruit, but you don’t have to…try any fruit! So long as you have the milk (coconut, almond, or soy!) and yogurt to thicken it, everything else is changeable.
