Apple Tart

Ladies…when I’m bored…not really I love watching the food network -__- BUT recently I caught an episode of “The Pioneer Woman,” and dang this was so easy I didn’t even need to look up the recipe. But for you, I’ll tag it ( Changed a couple of things according to my tastes….enjoy!


* 2-3 red/green apples
* A whole sheet of puff pastry
* ½ cup sugar
* Nonstick spray
* Caramel sauce


Preheat oven to 425° F

Slice your apples and discard your core


Place them in a bowl and pour your sugar over them. Grab a spatula and gently mix it.


Cut your puff pastry sheet in half. Then place your apples in a row down the middle.

Place it on a greased baking sheet or for easy clean up, parchment paper!

Bake for 20 minutes…until the puff pastry is golden.

Take it out, let it cool for a couple of minutes.

Drizzle your caramel sauce over and serve with ice cream warm!!!!
