AMAZING Lemon Butter Fillet Recipe

This IS the best fish recipe I have found so far! I’ve used with cod and now with Halibut and each time it was better than the last! Try it with any fish and you’ll fall in love too! Super easy!
Here’s the original post:


½ cup butter
1 lemon, Juiced
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon dried parsley; some fresh for presentation 🙂
3 cloves garlic, minced
6 (4 oz) fillets of any fish
2 tablespoons lemon pepper


Preheat oven to 350°

Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Mix in the lemon juice (I had juice concentrate so I just eyed it..til it filled the bottom of the pan. Depending on how you like, more sour or not, you can decide how much you want), salt, pepper, parsley flakes, and garlic. Bring it to a boil and cook for about 10 mins. STIR CONSTANTLY so the garlic doesn’t burn!


Arrange the fish in a single layer on a med baking sheet. Cover with ½ the butter mixture and sprinkle with lemon pepper. Cover with foil.

Bake 15-20 minutes in the oven, until the fish flakes with a fork. Pour the remaining butter mixture over the fish to serve. DONE…now taste that Butter-liciousnessss
