Strawberry Coconut protein shake with Chia seeds

Seriously my daily Breakfast before coffee. SUPER healthy and really good. Everyone is trying chia seeds and I have jumped on the bandwagon. Health benefits?
And its like little boba’s in your drink lol.

Here’s my PERSONAL recipe!


1 cup of Fresh strawberries
½ cup coconut milk½ cup Fat Free vanilla yogurt
1 scoop Protein (your choice)
1 tablespoon of Chia seeds

Put your coconut milk in with the chia seeds in the blender and let them sit while you prepare the other ingredients. They need time to open!

Put everything else in…blend…enjoy!

I have put in ½ of a banana for extra fruit, but you don’t have to…try any fruit! So long as you have the milk (coconut, almond, or soy!) and yogurt to thicken it, everything else is changeable.
