Baked Sweet Potato Chips

I love making healthy foods that I don’t normally like to eat…well edible. 😉 I found Martha Stewart’s recipe online ( and loved it!
Super easy and simple…


2 medium sweet potatoes, scrubbed and sliced 1/8 inch thick
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon coarse salt, preferably sea salt
1 lime, cut into wedges, for serving


Preheat oven to 400º
Wash and scrub your potatoes


Slice them up and place them on the baking sheet. Coat with olive oil.


Bake them in the center or lower rack for 22-25 minutes..the centers will be soft and the skin a little crispy.

Take them out and sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve with a lime!
